Every call, including the bad ones

Each call is logged with a timestamp when it is published and resolved against the following session — worked, failed, or expired. It appears here unedited. Nothing is removed after the fact.

The log starts on day one.

BellPrep hasn't published its first issue yet, so there is nothing here to show. We would rather show you an empty page than a sample one — a fabricated track record on a page about honesty would defeat the point of having the page. Every call appears here from the first issue onward.

Methodology

How a call is scored

Stating this up front matters more than the numbers, because a track record you cannot audit is just an assertion.

  • What counts as a call. Any name published with a level attached — an entry, an invalidation, or a stated expectation about what would confirm or break the idea. General commentary is not a call.
  • When it is logged. At publication, with the timestamp of the issue it appeared in. Never retroactively.
  • Worked. The stated level was reached before the stated invalidation.
  • Failed. The invalidation was reached first, or the name did the opposite of what the issue described.
  • Expired. Neither happened inside the stated time horizon. Recorded as its own outcome rather than quietly dropped.
  • Skipped days. Days where the issue said there was nothing worth trading are recorded as such. They are part of the record.

Why there is no percentage here

BellPrep does not publish, and will not publish, a win rate, hit rate, return figure, profit figure, or equity curve. Two reasons, and the second is the one that matters.

The first is that such a number is unverifiable from outside. You cannot audit it, so it is worth nothing to you, and publishing one is exactly the claim that has repeatedly landed trading products in front of regulators.

The second is that a percentage would be the least useful thing on this page. Nine wins in ten means nothing if the tenth was sized wrong. What is actually useful is reading the losses and seeing how they went wrong, which is why the full log is here instead.

A record of what was published is not a representation of what any reader earned. Nobody's results are captured here, including ours.

Educational purposes only. Not investment advice. BellPrep publishes general commentary of regular circulation, identical for every reader. It is not tailored to anyone's financial situation, objectives or needs, and we do not know yours. We do not accept payment to feature securities.
